Current conditions of Ban Nam Phu School Under the Office of Primary Education Area,
District 1, students in grade 6 have students who are not responsible for submitting work. And some are not interested in learning as much as they should Work disorderly, mischievous, including low academic achievement This study report Therefore has the objective of studying 1) to study learning behavior in job submission responsibility and 2) to develop learning behavior in job submission responsibility Of grade 6 students at Ban Nam Phu School Under the Office of Primary Education Area, Loei District 1, using the Action Research process, namely, operational planning Observation And reflection The study group and 19 informant groups consisted of 12 cohort students, 5 target groups, and 7 informants. The data collection tools were observation forms, interview records, job submission records. Contract terms And satisfaction assessment form Data analysis based on multi-dimensional data validation (Triangulation) presenting the results of descriptive data analysis.
The study indicated that:
1. Current conditions before study and development found that Target students who lack responsibility for submitting work In the second semester of the academic year 2018, there were 5 people having problems, lack of responsibility for job submission. Learn not to understand mischievous, including low academic achievement.
2. Developing operations using contract terms:
Round 1, the study found that Target students are responsible for delivering better work from the original. According to the purpose of the study Participants want to expand to other levels. Again to reduce the problem of lack of responsibility in sending out work Even though the overall operation is satisfactory But some target students still have problems with the lack of responsibility for sending 1 job, orange boys, love friends.
Round 2, the results showed that Target students have a responsibility to deliver better jobs. Students have the intention to learn more, not mischievous like the first time. Which may be due to penalties and rewards that make students want to work more than being punished And make it a habit And the use of contract terms to be integrated into a consistent system. To be suitable for the problem, lack of responsibility for sending the work of students Therefore is very effective in terms of practice Able to solve problems, lack of responsibility in delivering work of students as well.
From the study concluded that In solving the problem of lacking responsibility for the delivery of the student's work will use contract terms as an important part in the social and mental development of students Students who are irresponsible have different reasons. Therefore, contracting conditions with students Which indicates punishment and reward, making students want to work more than being punished And if fulfilling the contract will be rewarded, therefore is an incentive to stimulate the work of students who are not responsible as well.
