The purpose of this research was studied about the problems and predicted the health of the elderly at Ban Nong waeng Village No. 8, Thapra sub-district, Muang District, Muang District, Khon Kaen. The number of 82 people from simple sampling. Study from Health care behavior in 3 aspects included 1) Personal Attributes 2) Social Support 3) Health Care by Organ Theory and Physiological Theory. Questionnaire is divided into 4 parts. Part 1: The personal attributes questionnaire, Part 2: Social Support, Part 3: Health Care and part 4 : Open end feedback. The Research tool was a questionnaire and quality of tool were test in content validity was 0.67-1.00 and reliability was .89. The Data were analyzed by statistical descriptive statistics, percentage, average and the standard deviation. The research result found that Health problems of the elderly from Ban Nong waeng Village No. 8, Thapra
sub-district, Muang District, Muang District, Khon Kaen were 1) Health Care Behavior according to the assessment, their ability to perform routine daily (Barthel ADL index). The Most of the elderly want to rely on each other in mild level; the percentage of 97.56
2) Health care behaviors according to the assessment of abilities practicing Chula ADL Index (Chula ADL index). It was found that the most of the elderly live independently in the community; the percentage of 95.12 3) Health care behaviors of stress and adaptation .The very important of this factor was when feeling uncomfortable, the elderly were often listen to the Dharma, listening to music and find activities to relax in moderate levels. The second was feeling irritated, irritated, unable to sleep. When they were not good feeling, moderate. 4) The score of predict the health status of the elderly found that the physical health aspect, that was the ability to perform the routine at a good level. The overall average is 18.73. The practical ability Chula ADL was good level. The overall average is 8.79. Mental health, stress and adaptation aspect were moderate level.
